Power of Now Oasis Yoga Studio
My experience
This place, I discovered it while my first travel in Bali, in 2012. I was in the Mercure Hotel that still exists. Nevertheless, I have never been in this bamboo house named Power of Now Oasis Yoga Studio where we can practise Yoga. At that time, I was not interested in Yoga but this time I was. I was back to Bali for longer this Hindu island and I was not far from Power of Now Oasis, I decided to try a yoga session and it was a real initiator. I chose Vinyasa Yoga and loved this kind of Yoga. Before I practised Hata Yoga and probably I did not suit me and for that reason, I have stopped it. So, I started Yoga again in 2017.
Power of Now Oasis Yoga Studio
This is a lovely place on the Sanur beach next to the Mercure Hotel where you can do yoga sessions in the morning or in the end of the day around 5 pm at price of 100’000 RPH each course. There exist subscriptions.
Teachers are very nice and they teach very well especially when we are a beginner.
They offer a professor training session for 1 month with accommodation in Colonial House.
Downstairs, they have a little shop where they sell yoga things, t-shirts, postcards, music,… You will certainly find what you are looking for.
Why do I recommend it?
I highly recommend this place because doing yoga inside of a bamboo house situated on the beach is just magical and breathtaking! They have also many different products to buy. If you stay near to this place and love doing yoga or as me discovering yoga, you should definitely go there.
